2021 Health Datapalooza and National Health Policy Conference

AcademyHealth is excited to once again offer the joint experience of co-locating the Health Datapalooza and the National Health Policy Conference (NHPC) for three days of boundary breaking discussions about the latest and most important health policy issues facing our nation and the data and evidence that will drive innovation and help achieve our goals of better health and health care for everyone.

The conversation has never been more important. Our world has been irrevocably changed, and there is no going back; we must move forward. Amid an ongoing pandemic, a necessary reckoning with systemic racism and the disparities in health and health care it creates, and in the months following a high stakes national election, the Health Datapalooza and NHPC will draw the brightest minds from across a diverse spectrum to focus on the deficiencies of our health policy, care delivery and data ecosystems, and the daunting challenges that lie ahead for all of us. Notably, we will focus on the stark differences in outcomes and equity that communities and individuals experience, the extent to which data and evidence have, and have not, informed policy choices, and explore how policy and public-private action can respond to this moment.

The meetings will be held on February 16–18, 2021.

Each meeting will have dedicated content – plenaries, breakouts, and unconference sessions - along with joint sessions for both audiences and creative opportunities to engage and network with all participants.
