2024 Annual Research Meeting
As always, protecting the health and safety of our attendees is our number one priority. AcademyHealth will be closely monitoring local conditions, risk factors, and guidance. Because these factors are frequently changing, we will continue to update the ARM website as new guidance is released.

- If you are participating in multiple sessions, be sure to review information for each role.
- All speakers are required to register for ARM through the Registration link below.
NOTE: Registering for the conference is a separate process than confirming speaker participation through this link. Podium presenters are eligible to receive a discounted speaker rate (poster presenters are not eligible for the speaker rate).

You must confirm your availability to participate in this unique event by March 28th. In our efforts to finalize the 2024 program, if we do not hear from you by March 28th, we will unfortunately need to replace you with an alternate speaker.

To change the presenting author of an abstract, please use the radio buttons in the "Add/Edit People" section of the "Assigned Session/Presentation" module to indicate appropriately. The presenting author is the person that will ultimately need to accept intent to present by the March 28th deadline. If you are no longer the presenting author and are giving that role to someone else, he/she will receive a new notification with personalized link to accept intent to present. (Note that once you assign the lead presenter role to someone else, you will no longer be able to see the presentation in your own SpeakerCenter.)
Please confirm your availability to participate at ARM by September 20th. In our efforts to finalize the 2024 program, if we do not hear from by September 20th, we will unfortunately need to replace you with an alternate speaker.
For invited session speakers who still need to accept after April 1st, email Sandy Fried (sandy.fried@academyhealth.org). Invited sessions include Special, Career Development, and Methods & Data sessions.
For speakers with Interest Group sessions who need to accept after April 1st, email Alex Ade (alexandra.ade@academyhealth.org).
For Late-Breaking Abstracts, please navigate to your abstract using the Assigned Sessions/Presentations tab to confirm/deny your intent using the dedicated "Late-Breaking Abstract Confirmation of Acceptance" module by May 6.
